The Sabbath and El Prado!

I am taking a sabbath rest today, so I am only posting a photo I took on my travels of one of the few paintings I have seen on the walls. I hope to spend some quiet time reading, drawing and praying today. I am still fighting a bug; this is somewhat chronic here with the food.

At the Concert - Auguste Renoir

Post Script: My friends and I have secured flights to Madrid, Spain during a 4 day weekend in November. I am so excited to be going to the Prado art museum, and, I believe another art museum in Madrid has a number of Picasso paintings. A Renoir collection will have just arrived at the Prado before we will be there. How exciting it is for me! I hope to get lots of ideas and just plain enjoy the beauty of the art! We also hear there is a Starbucks on every corner. :-)
